Why our prices are fair
A fair premium over the government rate, not a markup on faith
Official temple trusts already offer modest, sanctioned rates for a solo video-conference booking made directly with them, for example, a government-run video-conference Rudrabhishek can start near ₹1,700. We call that the government floor price, and we're upfront that it exists.

Festival Care, the annual plan
Everything above is pay-per-puja by design. Festival Care is the one thing we offer that looks like a subscription, because some families genuinely don't want to remember to book eight times a year. It's an annual bundle you opt into once, not a recurring surprise on your statement.

Festival Care is arranged directly with a coordinator because every family's occasions and temple preferences differ. You'll agree the exact list of pujas and the year's price before anything is charged, and it renews only with your explicit confirmation the following year.

How and when am I charged?
You pay the exact quoted price once your name, gotra and slot are confirmed, before your puja is performed. For Festival Care, you're charged once when the annual plan is set up, and again only on the anniversary of that date if you choose to continue.
What's your refund policy if something goes wrong?
If your puja isn't performed as promised, or your prasad box doesn't arrive within the delivery window, you're eligible for a full refund. Full terms and timelines are in our refund policy.
Will I ever be charged automatically without asking me first?
No. Every puja on this page is a single, one-time charge, there is no auto-renewal anywhere on DevPravas. Festival Care is the only annual arrangement we offer, it is opt-in only, and it is set up directly with a coordinator so nothing is ever charged without your confirmation.
