2. Your name, approved before you pay
The single most common complaint about online puja is a mispronounced name or missing gotra during sankalp. We send you a voice note of your pandit reading your details aloud, you approve it or send a correction before the booking is confirmed.

3. On-site pandits, not studio actors
Every DevPravas pandit performs at the actual temple or ghat, Near Mahakaleshwar temple, Shipra ghats in Ujjain, never in a rented room with a printed temple backdrop.
How to verify: the temple's real architecture and ambient sound are visible and audible throughout your live call.
4. Prasad, tracked door to door
Your Aashirwad box ships through a courier partner with a real tracking number, sent to you directly the day it dispatches. If it hasn't arrived within 14 days, you're refunded in full, no support ticket queue, no "marked delivered" disputes.

5. Pay-per-puja. No subscriptions, ever.
You are charged once, for the puja you booked, at the price you were quoted. There are no recurring charges, no auto-renewals, and nothing continues after you've had your puja performed, by design, not by opt-out.

6. 100% human pandits. No AI, ever.
Every pandit and every coordinator you speak with on DevPravas is a real, verified person. We don't use AI-generated voices, chatbots posing as pandits, or automated "astrologer" personas anywhere in the puja experience.
