How it works
From your sofa to the sanctum, in four honest steps
No app to install, no hidden steps. Everything happens on WhatsApp and a video call, with a real person confirming every detail before you pay.
Choose your puja, temple city & date
Browse our puja catalog or tell us on WhatsApp what you need, a Rudrabhishek for Shravan, a Griha Pravesh for a new home, or a Shraadh on a strict tithi. We show you real available slots at Ujjain, including auspicious dates like Mahashivratri and Shravan Mondays that get booked out at the physical temple months in advance.
- Slots shown in your local time zone
- Choose 1-on-1 or group live viewing
Confirm your name, gotra & sankalp details
This is the step most platforms skip, and the one devotees complain about most. Your assigned pandit records a short voice note pronouncing your name, gotra and manokamna (intention). You listen and approve it, or send a correction, before your booking is confirmed and any payment is taken.
- Gotra is a required field, never optional
- Add multiple family names for a joint sankalp
Join live, from wherever you are
At the scheduled time, you'll get a video call link on WhatsApp. Join from your phone or laptop and watch the entire puja, sankalp through aarti, performed live at the actual temple or ghat, in one continuous, uncut stream. Your name is read aloud from a visible card during sankalp, on camera, so it can't be faked or reused for someone else's booking.
- English-fluent coordinator available for NRI families
- Recording of your session saved for 30 days
Receive your certificate & prasad
Within a few hours, a digital puja certificate with the pandit's name and date is sent to your WhatsApp and email. Your Aashirwad prasad box, Ganga jal, mauli, and temple prasad, ships with real courier tracking, domestic or international. If it doesn't arrive within 14 days, you're refunded in full, no back-and-forth required.
- Tracking link shared the day it ships
- 14-day delivery guarantee, or a full refund
